We have studied the work of art in your possession based on the materials you have sent. In the opinion of the Van Gogh Museum the work of art referred to is not to be ascribed to Vincent van Gogh.

– The Van Gogh Museum shall never be liable for any damage, except in case of premeditated intention of recklessness on the part of the Van Gogh Museum.

– This result is solety intended for you personalty. Third parties cannot derive any right therefrom.

– Dutch law is applicable. Disputes can only be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

unter gebührender Beachtung der in dem Schreiben vom 19. März 2015 und in der Vereinbarung vom 30. März 2015 festgelegten Bedingungen teile ich Ihnen Folgendes mit:
Wir haben das in Ihrem Besitz befindliche Kunstwerk anhand der Materialien, die Sie geschickt haben, studiert. Nach Ansicht des Van Gogh Museums ist das genannte Kunstwerk nicht Vincent van Gogh zuzuschreiben.
Wir vertrauen darauf, dass die oben genannten Informationen Ihren Anforderungen entsprechen.
